It never happened and rarely happens, but if it does, you still receive the scanned file, and I'll do my best to hunt it down no matter what >:/

- Please don't use my commission work for any commercial purposes. It'll cost additional 50% of the total price if you would like to.
- I accept payment in USD and THB. I'll start working once half or full payment is made.
- I'll send you some sketches before start painting on paper.
- I can’t fix the artwork after the sketch is confirmed. (Of course, It’s a watercolor painting >:/)
- You’ll get a 300 dpi JPEG file and watercolor original ship to your hand. Please see the shipping content for more details.
- Every commission piece will be submitted to my social media including progress, snapshots, or sometimes process video. Please tell me before ordering if this is inappropriate for you or if it is private work.
- It takes around 1 - 4 weeks to finish the work.
- No refund unless I can't finish your work in time.
